khalifa92 one-tier structure consists of a single board of directors, composed of executive and non-executive directors, commonly used in United States and United Kingdom.

two-tier stracture consists of two seperate boards:
1- Supervisory board (non-exectutive), which oversees the
2- Management board (executive).
