HI GUYS,

I WANTED TO KNOW IF I CAN USE STUDY NOTES (2004) FOR THE JUNE 2006 EXAM OF LEVEL I

2004 notes should still be good for the 2006 exam

But I wouldn't advise it.. There have been some updates and extra LOSs put in from 05-06..

but if you have a solid finance/accounting background.. you shouldn't have too much trouble..

I don't think so. Every year CFA Institute changes about 20% of required readings. From 2004 to 2006 there can be more than 30%. Considering the amount of time you spend on the readings, I don't think it's a wise decision to use 2004 study notes.

You use 2004 study notes and my chance of passing will increase.

Another thing about obtaining the CFA Desgination is.. You can't cheap out... with Time as well as Money...
