Hi everyone, I'm new to the forum so hello to you all :) After 6 years of working in the bank as a Personal Assistant & and Admin Assistant, I've realized that this is an absolute dead-end job, especially when you do a good job. I can't do it anymore. I've done about 2 years of my bachelors degreee and I had someone suggest to do CFA course instead. What do you guys think? Should I continue my BA? Or do CFA instead? I think I would qualify for the CFA since I have enough work experience. Would this be a good move to get out of my PA role? Thanks, guys. |

I'd focus on completing your BA. The CFA requires a 4 year degree plus 4 years of relevant experience (which you may already have.) Study accounting/finance which will prepare you to take the CFA once you get the degree. |

Doing a full time course in finance would help you in landing up in a job in the industry (may be small time analyst role). Subsequently you can move on to do your CFA and get a better role. |

I am happy to say that I passed! Your study notes certainly helped prepare me for what was the most difficult exam I had ever taken.
