Actuary and investment banking (CFA) are completely two different fields. There is no specialised field called "CFA", please be clear about that. CFA is a professional certification programm which broadly covers asset management, portfolio management, corporate finance etc. Actuary is related to insurance industry which involves a lot more quantitative mathematics application for primarily calculating premiums, analysis various data etc. |
