No. It's not too late. I just signed up for the Dec test a couple of weeks ago. I think there is still enough time, if you come up with a study schedule and follow it. Good luck. |

I passed! I did not get a chance to tell you before the exam - but your site was excellent. I will definitely take it next year for Level II.
