Hi, I have a BA in English and i want to study CFA. However, for those who have studied and passed CFA exam, do you guys find any point for me to get CFA? Is it sth beyond my ability? Thanks. |

It all depends what you want to do with it and how dedicated you are to study for it. If you are thinking just to get it, I wouldn't recoomend it because the exam is very tough and requires a strong commitment. However, on the other hand if you seriously want to get into investments, money management, etc. and are willing to suffer through all 3 levels of CFA, you should go for it, your current background doesn't put you at a big disadvantage, your commitment to study means a whole lot more. The exam is tough, but its not a rocket science, and if you will put a strong effort into it and that is something that you want to do for your career, then you should study for it. |
