Chay @2005-08-19 07:33:01	BE MORE SPECIFIC. BUT PERHAPS EITHER THE FV VALUE OR THE PV VALUE IS NOT NEGATIVE. FOR INSTANCE, IF THE PROBLEM CALLS FOR AN INITIAL PAYMENT, THE PV AMOUNT WOULD HAVE A NEGATIVE IN FRONT OF IT.
