I think it will avoid many of us lots of time. Yes if someone want to create their own, they can always do it. May be we can create our own version. If other people pitch in, I can create a PDF file (and of course take care of couple of chapters).

Why don't you make your own? I wouldn't trust one from some unknown sender. It's not that hard. And, the work involved in putting one together really helps you study & focus. |
