Section 17, Reading 5, Q 4 in the readings. The question goes If price level decreases then real wealth _____ , consumption _____ and AD _____ All three are decreases and it doesnt make sense. If you do all four Q's in that section you know that price level does NOT shift AD. How can this be? |
