I used your notes and passed level 1 exam 3 months ago. Now I am a level 2 candidate for next year. However, I cannot find the link to access your level 2 stuff. Are they ready? where to find them? How much is the cost?

@2015-05-13 17:11:33		 You need to register a new user account, and choose level II when doing so. This account will give you access to our level 2 materials.
