I went to a study group early this month. and I had 12 ss ahead of me then. One guy actually finished the notes and he even had the LOSs and short briefing on powerpoint. I am still 2 week away from finishing my first round of study and then start the mocks. Where are you guys?

Hi fuhlam, I have covered all the curriculum from analystnotes and made my own notes on about 75% of that.
I am reworking my review questions and finding out how little I really know! - including about many simple things I have taken for granted.
Speed is currently a big problem although I suspect many of "mathematical" problems here are tougher than we can generally expect in the exam.
I am finding that if one can see the possible answers there and you think you know how to get there but don't immediately you can potentially waste a lot of test time.
I shall start on full length mock exams provided and I am particularly interested to find out how tough the time constraint is.

On L2. I estimate 260 hours study so far. Still not up to standard. I figure 50 hours to go?

I finished the course material from the CFA texts circa the end of April. I am now focusing my efforts on revision using both the CFA texts and Analyst notes review question bank. So far I would agree with Duncan concerning the simple things you take for granted.

I passed! I did not get a chance to tell you before the exam - but your site was excellent. I will definitely take it next year for Level II.
