Is it true that u need at least 3 years of financial working experience b4 u can take the Level 3 exams.

I tot it was 3 yrs of finacnial working expeirence b4 they award u the charter of CFA.

you need 3yr work experience to receive charter CFA after you pass all 3 levels of the exam.
