hi everyone, im using TI BA II plus, if FV=$10M, semi-annual pmt=$400,000 N=10, I=13.65%, how can I get PV=7999688? when should i add +/- ? thanks! |

take i = 13.65 and divide it by 2 since your payments are semi annual did you multiply n by 2 already? with n at 20 you can't get the PV you are looking for, but if the original n is 5 it works. you should probably give us the original problem since i had to make assumptions regarding your variables and whether or not to convert n to semi-annual or if you already did that. |
