Hi, I am just wondering whether to give weightage or totally skip or skim the optional segment readings in Fixed Income Investments of the CFA study guide while preparing for Level I December 2006 target date. Any thoughts anybody? Reponse greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for your time to repond my query. Guna. |

Strictly for the sake of exams you can totally skip the optional segments in all four volumes. But if you feel like it you just may go through it. There are a lot of interesting things you will find and they also help give you a complete view of the topic. If you're short of time then skip them. You won't face any problems, rest assured.
