is it possible to obtain a printable copy of the notes, or is that against the rules.? i've tried to copy/paste, but my efforts have been unsuccessful. it would save alot of time and effort, as i wouldn't have to retype the same material.

No you cannot copy and paste on this web site since we have programmatically prohibited this. We want people to come to this site and study here, not offline. Sorry! |
