In the Handbook, III(D), Disclose additional compensation arrangements - Is one required to disclose ALL kinds of compensation proposed to receive, even the compensation is not related to financial service - e.g. income from selling a painting?

I believe that you only have to disclose income if it's in direct competition with your employer.

Selling items is not considered additional compensation (selling you car, home, paintings etc.) The additional compensation that is covered involves compensation that could affect your impartiality in decisions.
