This question was raised before, perhaps manny times. But my situation is slightly different.

I'm 44 years old with 18 years in IT (not finance IT) and am now a Deputy Director in a Facility Management company. My desire is to take a similar role but in investment bank. What are my chances and how much would this CFA exams help?
