I'm planning on taking the June Lvl 1 exam and I wanted to take a poll for those who recently passed (congratulations by the way), I wanted to see what study materials you used (i.e. required textbooks, AnalystNotes material, Stalla, Schweser, etc.) and what practice questions (i.e. from AnalystNotes, Schweser, etc.) you studied with that you recommend would help the candidates reading this.
The reason why I am posting this is that I am really pressed for time professionally and personally. Because there is so much content to cover, I want to make sure that I've chosen the right methodology. With that said, so far, I've been answering the AnalystNotes study questions as I study along with the Stalla questions. After each major study section, I go and answer multiple choice questions related to that section. At the beginning of May, I should be done all sections and I will be hammering away at mock exam questions here for a full month. Any feedback would be helpful. |

I passed level 1 first time about 4 years ago. I did analystsnotes - read it all, did all the questions, all six mocks and that was it - no other materials although I knew a bit about investing before hand. Worked for me - in the mocks I was getting about 80% - I think the pass mark is about 70%. If you are pushed for time then do the min to get your mocks over 70. I probably over did it a bit. |

I passed! I did not get a chance to tell you before the exam - but your site was excellent. I will definitely take it next year for Level II.
