Hi all, I'm about to be in my 4th year economics major at the university of Georgia. I don't have a good GPA because i slacked off my first two years of college, but now i have things on the right track. I'm fairly confident that i can pass the level one exam in December. I've been trying to get internships in finance but have been unsuccessful (i believe it is because of my low gpa. (2.8) overall. I was wondering if passing this level one exam will allow me to easily get a job in the finance industry with work that pertains to the 4 years of experience necessary. Any feedback will be appreciated Thanks |

I don't think that CFA level 1 is a big deal right now. But, it will give you something more compared to other candidate. |

I am happy to say that I passed! Your study notes certainly helped prepare me for what was the most difficult exam I had ever taken.
