| While accessing your online account we highly recommend disabling any pop-up
suppression software you may have running on your computer.
Pop-up suppression software works in the background while you browse the
Internet. It may not be very noticeable that it is active. When a pop-up
window is detected, the software may automatically block the window. AnalystNotes' study notes and all practice questions are only available in this window.
There are two ways you can solve this problem.
- Press and hold the CTRL key (on your keyboard) and click on the "Go" or "Logon" button again. This should bring up the required window to do the work. Once the window is opened you can release the CTRL key. This method can be used to view any pop-up window that you would like to view.
- The second method is to disable the pop-up killers or ad-blockers. Pop-up suppression or ad-blocking functions are included in some anti-virus, Internet security, personal firewalls and browser programs. To eliminate the possibility of not being able to access all areas of your online course, please disable the relevant setting in the applicable program, examples include: Norton Internet Security and AOL 8.0 browser.
