When certain expenditures result in tax credits that directly reduce taxes the company will record ---- answer is no DTA or DTL --- makes sense, this is permenant.

Accounting standards require an asset to be expensed immediately but for tax rules require that the item be capitalized and amortized. --- Answer is not a permenant difference and DTA. I understand how they would get a DTA but I would've chose a permanent difference and chose NO DTA or DTL?

Why is this temporary?
