AuthorTopic: BAII - wrong results for PV/FV

I have a usage question about the BAII - that hopefully someone of you can help me with.

I get consistently wrong results in my calculations of TMVs. I have reset the computer, and I adapt the number of periods for months or years as necessary, and I mark cash outflows as negative. But my results are different from the solutions given, and from when I calculate the results by formula.

However, calculations of NPV and IRR are always correct.
Could anybody give me a hint what I might be missing or what I am doing wrongly?

check the mode to make sure that it is on "End" since that is how most of the problems are structured...payments are made at the end of the month/year. Hit 2nd PMT

You can also try 2nd I/Y and make sure that that is set to 1.000

I am using your study notes and I know of at least 5 other friends of mine who used it and passed the exam last Dec. Keep up your great work!
