Any experienced guys,

Do you think that is necessary to buy "2005 CFA level I candidate Readings" for preparing to pass level 1 exam? Or... all the information already summarized in analystnotes' study notes?

The general message on this board is that if you come from any finance-related background, you will be OK with study notes and quality test question bank(s). The format of L1 lends itself to this type of study approach. If any text is worth buying, it would be the Ethics handbook.

KT Tiger, Thanks for your advice. I will put more effort on the study notes and Standard & Pratice handbook. Happy New year!

I am happy to say that I passed! Your study notes certainly helped prepare me for what was the most difficult exam I had ever taken.
