I hope you know that there is a lot of controversy surrounding the so called "CFA" from India. And you should also know that the ICFAI CFA's are not allowed to use this designation in the USA or Canada and also in some other countries. They may infact be prosecuted if they call themselves CFA. And that is one more reason they are moving towards parallely calling ICFAI, CFA's, MS Finance Degree. Google it and you'll find loads of info. The course you are doing is good(I've seen the materials) and it's gonna get you a good job. Apart from the designation controversy it's recognition in India is good and they teach you well but the focus is different from CFA. Don't mind my saying this but please don't draw that controversy in here. This site is totally dedicated to the original CFA from CFAINSTITUTE, USA. There are a hundred other forums for ICFAI, India. If you want to abuse me for my comment, you're welcome. |
