|Author||Topic: Is 4 Monthd Enough Time to Prepare for CFA L1?|
|I'm a part qualified ACA in the UK disillusioned with the accountancy profession (actually that implies that i was at one point under some illusions about it so not totally accurate) I'm really interested in doing the Level 1 in December and would start studying on 1 August if I pursue it. Does anyone have any advice about the feasibility of being successful in this time frame? Any advice would be appreciated.
|You have a head start in many ways as a large percentage of level 1 is financial reporting and analysis. I work with many accountants and they have passed the CFA and obtained Chartered status quite smoothly so it definitely helps. There will be areas you havent covered but 4 months should be plenty of time.|

I am using your study notes and I know of at least 5 other friends of mine who used it and passed the exam last Dec. Keep up your great work!
