I keep running into people who say the level II is incredibly difficult to pass on the 1st try even if you put the hours in. Actually I have only met 1 person who passed this exam on the 1st try. Is this an exageration? How many tries did it take you to pass it and did you put in the recommended hours?

Just to add to joshnick, what r the recommende number of hours that we should put each week? People recommend that if somebody is not in financial services or related job should seek a review course.. Kindly advise.

The recommended numer of hours is about 250.
Two friends of mine passed all 3 levels at 1st try, and both say that level 2 is the most difficult.

Would appreciate if anybody could tell me the difference in the L2 2013 & 2014 curriculum.

I think you could go to the Notes section of analystnotes and they would inform you of the difference between 2013 and 2014.

It seems that Eco & FSA have changed completely. A lot of deleted readings and changed study.

I am using your study notes and I know of at least 5 other friends of mine who used it and passed the exam last Dec. Keep up your great work!
