ushir | I disagree with the answer to this question. The mayor wants to know the fate of high school students - which would includes people not finishing school and those who go to university or start work or are unemployed. The answer is biased. Unsuccessfully finishing high school is still a "fate". |
ushir | Nevermind - keyword is "graduates" |
