robkaz SPDR, DIA, and Q's? I guess they were not listed at NYSE at the time the text was last updated.

Franz The NASDAQ is the largest exchange by volume or value...don't remember which.
stefdunk robkaz: the Q's (I assume you mean QQQQ) isn't traded on the NYSE, or on AMEX, but only on NASDAQ
no spiders (SPDRs) are traded on the NYSE, and neither are any of the indexes (DIA^)
derekt NASDAQ is not an exchange
