vikramarjuna What if all the values are equal and they are equal to 21..then the median will be 24..i think C is correct

Marinov You are not correct because if all scores were equal there would be no "highest" score.
Lambo83 if there are 6 scores in the original distribution and then another score (the highest score) then the number of observations increases to 7 so the median would change, albeit, by a small amount. C is correct
Dabuya @Lambo83: but the number of scores is still 6, not 7.
