What if the supervisor is the kind of guy who will actually take advantage of the insider information?!!
charliedba you worried too much. If you raise "what if" question like this you would not be able to answer any CFA questions.

JCopeland So if the company is putting in a water fountain on the third floor and it is not public info, you should tell your supervisor. This should be material AND non-public. The use of or is wrong.
Olugbala I cannot trace all these procedures mentioned in the CFA Curriculum. someone should please confirm this
